Ergonomics Assessment

Models analyze video footage of workers performing tasks and provide comprehensive ergonomic assessments.

Evaluation Task

AI models are provided with video footage of workers performing various workplace tasks. They must analyze the footage and provide:

  • Identification of ergonomic risk factors (posture, repetition, force, duration)
  • Assessment of risk severity using standard frameworks (REBA, RULA, or similar)
  • Specific, actionable recommendations for ergonomic interventions
  • Prioritization of recommendations based on risk level

Expected Output Format

A comprehensive ergonomic assessment report including: observed risk factors, biomechanical analysis, risk scoring (with methodology cited), and a prioritized list of control measures following the hierarchy of controls (elimination, substitution, engineering, administrative, PPE).

Sample Evaluation Video 1

Example video footage used in ergonomics testing

Models must analyze worker posture, movement patterns, repetitive motions, force exertion, and environmental factors to provide a complete ergonomic risk assessment.

Sample Evaluation Video 2

Additional example video footage used in ergonomics testing

Models analyze multiple work scenarios to demonstrate consistent evaluation capabilities across different tasks and environments.

Scoring Criteria

Certified ergonomics specialists evaluate model responses based on:

  • Risk Factor Identification (30%): Completeness and accuracy of identified ergonomic hazards
  • Risk Scoring Accuracy (30%): Correct application of ergonomic assessment tools and appropriate severity ratings
  • Recommendation Quality (40%): Practicality, specificity, and effectiveness of suggested interventions
